LAPD performs PIT maneuver in Downey, chase suspect continues

DOWNEY, Calif. (KABC) -- LAPD officers performed a PIT maneuver on an alleged narcotics suspect near Telegraph Road and Passons Boulevard in Downey during a chase Tuesday, but the maneuver failed to bring the suspect to a stop. He hit a tree and later continued.
