LAKE BALBOA, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A small plane has crashed at the intersection of Vanowen Street and Hayvenhurst Avenue in the Lake Balboa area.

FULL STORY: Pilot killed in small plane crash

One person on board was declared dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
